Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative force across various sectors, reshaping economies and societies globally. This review aims to provide a systematic analysis of the existing literature on the impact of AI on economic development. By conducting a combined bibliometric and content analysis of relevant studies from the past two decades, we identify major themes and research directions within the field. The review reveals that AI plays a significant role in enhancing productivity, fostering innovation, and driving economic growth. (...) However, AI also presents challenges such as ethical concerns, potential job displacement, and privacy risks. The findings highlight both opportunities and limitations of AI in economic contexts, emphasizing the need for policies that support positive economic impacts while mitigating adverse effects. This review provides scholars, policymakers, and industry leaders with a comprehensive understanding of AI’s evolving role in economic development and outlines future research directions to bridge current knowledge gaps. The safe operation of autonomous vehicles hinges on data sensors, such as radars, and data collection equipment, including video cameras, from which occupant data, vehicle operation data, and road basic data are obtained. As smart vehicles and smart cooperative vehicle infrastructure systems become increasingly prevalent, efficient data transmission between cars, roads, and other transportation facilities is essential for the full deployment of autonomous vehicles. Different data receiving devices are often managed by various organizations. In the context of connected vehicles, under (...) the enforcement of personal information protection regulations, it is crucial to identify the types of processed personal information and clarify the specific rights of the corresponding personal information subjects and the legal obligations that various data processors must fulfill. To facilitate data reuse, it is necessary to establish the property characteristics of data and determine its ownerships, providing guidelines for drafting data reuse contracts based on fair principles. As globalization of autonomous driving technology service trade and product trade progresses, it is also imperative to clarify the legal rules governing cross-border data flow among China, the United States, and Europe. The increasing number of newborns has stimulated the infant market. In particular, the baby stroller, serving as an important life partner for both babies and parents, has attracted more attention from society. Stroller design and functionality are of vital importance to babies' physiological and psychological health as well as brain development. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a modularization design method for the novel four-wheeled baby stroller based on the KANO model to ensure the mechanical safety and involve more functionalities. (...) Manual control of the baby stroller requires the rapid response of human motor systems in a completely controlled manner, which could be a potential risk. To enhance the safety and stability of the stroller motion, especially in situations where manual control is hard to achieve (e.g., sharp turns), we propose an autonomous motion control scheme based on model predictive control. Both the modularization design and the motion controller are verified in the MATLAB simulation environment through path tracking tasks. In recent years, the “financial-like” behavior of non-financial enterprises has contributed to the “off real to virtual,” which has seriously restricted the virtuous cycle of finance and economy. This study selects non-financial enterprises listed on Chinese A-shares from 2008 to 2019 as the research sample, and empirically analyzes the impact of CEOs’ financial background on the shadow banking business of non-financial enterprises and its mechanism. The results show that: CEOs’ FB has a positive effect on shadow banking business of non-financial (...) enterprises; among which, the positive effect generated by non-banking FB is stronger. The conclusions still hold after robustness tests by replacing the measurement of variables, controlling for other shocks, changing the parameter estimation method, and considering the endogeneity problem. The mechanism analysis reveals the positive effect mainly by reducing the level of entity investment by enterprises. The heterogeneity analysis finds that, on the one hand, with respect to the internal micro characteristics of enterprises, the positive effect is more significant in state-owned enterprises, non-manufacturing enterprises, and non-growth stage enterprises. On the other hand, with respect to the external macro environment, the positive effect is more significant in periods of easy monetary policy, in industries with a higher competition or in regions with a better institutional environment. This study reveals the intrinsic mechanism of CEOs’ FB and non-financial enterprises’ shadow banking business, enriches the study of the influencing factors of non-financial enterprises’ shadow banking business, and provides micro-level empirical support to alleviate the “off real to virtual” of the economy. With the continuous development of the stock market, designing a reasonable risk identification tool will help to solve the irrational problem of investors. This paper first selects the stocks with the most valuable investment value in the future through the random forest algorithm in the nine-factor model and then analyzes them by using the higher-order moment model to find that different investors’ preferences will make the weight of the portfolio change accordingly, which will eventually make the optimal return and risk (...) set of the composition of the portfolio change. This paper argues that all discoveries, if they can be viewed as autonomous learning from the environment, share a common process. This is the process of model abstraction involving four steps: act, predict, surprise, and refine, all built on top of the discoverer's innate actions, percepts, and mental constructors. The evidence for this process is based on observations on various discoveries, ranging from children playing to animal discoveries of tools, from human problem solving to scientific discovery.
