Abstract

Influence of Hegel's philosophy on forming of the Russian philosophy of law and philosophy of history is explored. The activity of the legislators such as K. Nevolin, P. Redkin is examined and especially of B. Chycherin – actual founder and acknowledged head of stale (legal) school of Russian historiography of the second half of the XIX-th c. and also historians K. Kavelin and V. Solovyov, which, opposing to Hegel's ideas, developed methodology of historical and legislative researches, taking into account realities of that time's Russia.
