Abstract
This article proposes a new research program a proto-ontology of Chaos Logos, where Logos is understood not as an entity or law, but as a reality filter an operator that extracts the possible from the infinite, indistinguishable potentiality of Chaos. This model bypasses classical ontological traps (dualism, regress, passivity), offers heuristic power, and is applicable from quantum physics to cognitive processes. The concept of the gradient of filtration is introduced, explaining why development follows trajectories of least ontological resistance. The program outlines a path toward a working meta-science, unifying physics, mathematics, computer science, and phenomenology under a single operational principle. It discusses the evolution of filters, filter failures, multifilter universes, the connection between filters and freedom, and filter engineering as ontological design. The proto-ontology is presented as the operating system of reality: kernel (Logos), hardware platform (Chaos), drivers (physics, mathematics, biology), applications (consciousness, culture), and interfaces (language, perception).
