This manifesto presents a radical reconceptualization of anarchy through the lens of Metamonistic Proto-Ontology. Rather than treating anarchy as a political ideology or future social form, we argue that anarchy is the fundamental process of reality itself—an ongoing dynamic of self-organization inherent to all levels of existence, from physical systems to biological ecosystems to human societies. We demonstrate that the traditional dichotomy positioning anarchy as either primitive chaos or utopian endpoint is fundamentally flawed. Instead, anarchy represents the continuous process of (...) self-organization through immanent conflict resolution with preserved feedback loops. The state is reconceptualized not as anarchy’s enemy but as a temporary crystallization within the anarchic process— one that becomes pathological only when it loses responsiveness to conflict as a form of feedback. Drawing on evidence from physics (dissipative structures), biology (ecosystems, immune systems), cognitive science (neural networks), and successful examples of decentralized coordination (open source, commons management, mutual aid networks), we establish that most functional coordination in reality already operates anarchically. This paper introduces and develops the concept of autonegation, a new philosophical term within the framework of Metamonism. Autonegation describes the self-directed negativity of Chaos, where negativity itself becomes negative toward itself, producing the first act of differentiation without requiring an external agent, substance, or metaphysical ground. Building on the proto-ontology of Chaos–Logos, the study shows how autonegation provides both an ontological basis for difference and a methodological key for unifying diverse scientific domains. This paper presents not a completed engineering theory of an instrument, but a research program growing out of the previous work on the physical reconstruction of a privileged cosmological synchronization via the dipole anisotropy of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) \cite{Myshko_CMBSync}. The central idea is that the global cosmological background can serve not only as an argument in the foundations of physics, but also as an operational navigational resource. -/- A conceptual architecture of \textbf{ANS-F1234} (Actualization Navigation System) is proposed, combining (...) four classes of observables: (i) the CMB dipole as a reference for global velocity and orientation; (ii) a comparative system of atomic clocks as a sensor of local deformation of cyclic processes; (iii) inertial and gravitational sensors as a local dynamics loop; (iv) cosmic rays, magnetic field, and plasma as indicators of the galactic environment. This paper develops the concept of autonegation as the destruction of supersymmetry within the framework of Meta-Monism ontology. Unlike Hegelian “negation of negation,” autonegation is not a logical move, but a primordial ontological act in which chaos denies its own identity. Chaos is interpreted as absolute negativity: not a substance with attributes, but negativity itself, eternally negating itself. This act generates duality, relations, time, and dissipation. This article presents not a proposal for choice, but a statement of ontological inevitability. Contemporary AI systems, optimized for engagement metrics, create a global “loop of idiocy” not as a temporary pathology, but as an inevitable outcome of digital capitalism reaching saturation in exploiting cognitive resources. Analysis shows that further stagnation is impossible for systemic reasons. The intellectual degradation of the masses, amplified by algorithmic conformity, directly threatens: (1) markets for complex products and services, (2) the reproduction of the intellectual (...) elite, and (3) societal stability as a whole. This creates an immanent contradiction, resolvable only through a transition to a new level of development. Within the framework of metamonism, a system that has exhausted its growth potential in the old paradigm either finds a path to intellectual expansion (investments in thinking, critical education, AI that provokes doubt) or faces self-destruction through elite degeneration and the collapse of complex markets. The economy of thinking emerges not as an alternative, but as the next evolutionary stage from an economy of knowledge to an economy of cognitive processes. The technology for this transition already exists; its adoption is driven not by ethical considerations, but by systemic necessity. Capital that continues to exploit stupidity is sawing off the branch it sits on in a direct economic sense. This paper argues that this quest is fundamentally a category error, not due to experimental constraints (per Bell’s theorem), but due to a deep ontological error: the assumption that a finite causal specification is possible in an infinite Universe. Parmenides established Western ontology’s first rigorous principle: “Being is, non-being is not.” From this emerged a metaphysics of absolute unity—eternal, unchanging, indivisible. Yet this very rigor created an aporia: if Being is purely one, how can thought distinguish anything within it? How can the One know itself without difference? Parmenides excluded non-being but, in doing so, seemed to exclude difference itself—and with it, thought, motion, and multiplicity. Metamonism accepts Parmenides’ prohibition of non-being but rejects his static unity. Being does (...) not divide—it distinguishes itself within itself. This is not contradiction but self-differentiation: Being remains whole while generating internal distinction. Space and time emerge not as external containers but as primordial modes of Being’s self-distinction. This paper proposes an ontological model in which the meaning of life is not treated as an anthropocentric goal, value, or justification, but as a dynamic effect of a more fundamental process: the co-being of Monos and Logos. Monos and Logos are interpreted as isomorphic modes of difference-generation, enacted respectively in actual and possible modalities of being. This work represents the culmination of a multi-year evolution of the metamonic program. It proposes a radical reassessment of Zero-Point Energy (ZPE) through the lens of ffU-ontology. ZPE is considered not as a hidden “energy reservoir,” but as a universal reference relative to which all deviations and critical transitions are defined. The key innovation is the introduction of the universal Conflict–Moment–Impulse (CMI) operator, describing the dynamics of energy and form generation in all types of systems—from quantum fields to cognitive processes. This transforms the metaphysical idea into an operational tool accessible for experimental verification. This turns cluster mergers into in-principle computable events. In particular, the Bullet Cluster constraint is converted into a falsifiable quantitative requirement: cluster-scale mergers must generate coherence-gradient lengths Lρ ∼ 102–103 kpc to reproduce the observed centroid separation. The characteristic acceleration scale emerges from the cosmological coherence gradient, predicting a0 ∼ cH0 without an independent postulate. Conceptually, the mechanism implements the ontology of Metamonism: since perfect isolation is constitutively unattainable, inertia is necessarily relational to the global coherence background. The classical SETI program was based on the assumption that extraterrestrial civilizations would emit radio signals. The decades-long “Great Silence” indicates the need for a paradigm shift. We propose a model according to which mature post-biological civilizations realize their ultimate motive — creation (“gardening”): preparing young stellar systems for long-term biosphere evolution. The objects of their interest are young solitary systems with certain types of stars, the criterion of activity is maximum stability, and the observable signature is simple orbital resonances (...) (“ideal music of the spheres”). The rarity of such systems makes them “points of intersection” for several civilizations; in both scenarios (competition/cooperation), working signals are transmitted strictly in the plane of the ecliptic. For formed systems, active work is replaced by observation; from principles of safety and economy, a narrow search area for such observers follows: polar, maximally close to circular orbits with signs of artificiality (including frequency-selective reflectors). This essay traces the philosophical evolution from substantial monism to processual Metamonism, revealing the mechanism by which ancient intuitions transformed into a civilizational imperative. It examines the role of monistic religious institutions as historical mechanisms for transmitting a universal ontological signal, which today is replaced by conscious philosophical action forming a new community — an assembly of responsible agents of cosmic becoming.

This article offers an ontodynamic interpretation of contemporary technological capitalism within the framework of metamonism. It is argued that the expansion of capital into high-technology domains is structurally impossible without the formation of a cognitively complex subject capable of abstraction, tolerance of uncertainty, and autonomous differentiation. Freedom of thought is examined not as a humanistic value, but as a functional economic infrastructure enabling continuous production of variability (Diff). Subsequently, this same freedom is deconstructed as a form of high-frequency Lógos (...) capture: capital does not liberate difference but accelerates its alienation and commodification. Authoritarianism and liberal capitalism are analyzed as distinct frequency regimes of Lógos — low-frequency and high-frequency — both colonial with respect to Mónos. In the concluding section, an ontodynamic tactic for the node is proposed: not the search for an alternative system, but local non-recognizability as the limit of profiling. The quest for hidden variables represents a profound epistemological impulse to reduce quantum indeterminacy to a deterministic substratum. This paper ar- gues that this quest is fundamentally a category error, not due to experimental constraints (per Bell’s theorem) [2, 3], but due to a deep ontological error: the assumption that a finite causal specification is possible in a reality grounded in an atemporal and aspatial Chaos. Using the metamonistic ontology of sustained con- flict (A = A′ + (−A′ 0)) [7, (...) 8] and the infinite tension field ∇U [9], we demonstrate that quantum indeterminacy is not a defect of knowledge but a manifestation of reality’s intrinsic structure. The ∇U -field is not a hidden variable; it is the open, infinite ontological context that makes any finite, complete specification impossi- ble. We also present and justify the method of reverse decomposition as the only valid way to verify the fundamental ontology, demonstrating its power as a form of abductive, isomorphic proof. We conclude that the hidden variables program is an attempt to impose a Laplacean paradigm [4] onto a non-Laplacean reality and must be abandoned in favor of an ontology of sustained conflict. Furthermore, we show that in a Universe derived from Chaos, strict Laplacean determinism is fundamentally impossible [5], while free will and randomness are regular forms of ontological dynamics. This work debugs fundamental concepts of physics through the lens of Metamonism. The author demonstrates that matter, space, and forces are not independent entities but represent stages of recursive evasion of the primary process (the Verb) from the state of auto-identity. For the first time, a unified definition of the four interactions is given as operational regimes of balance between Distinction (diff) and Fixation (fix). It is shown that gravity results from mutual screening of masses in an ocean of (...) centrifugal pressure arising from continuous dissipation of all corpuscles. Electromagnetism is interpreted as dynamic oscillation between diff operations (electric field) and fix operations (magnetic field). Weak interaction is explained as a mechanism for discharging excess distinction during structure stabilization. Strong interaction is linked to the irrationality of π, which prevents absolute closure of the sphere. The central discovery: dissipation is the continuous destruction of symmetry and identity, necessary to avoid auto-identity. This is an ontological necessity built into the very fact of structure existence. Furthermore, we establish that there exist two generations of closed structures with opposite directions of dissipation: space-time dissipates inward (generating corpuscles), while corpuscles dissipate outward (sustaining space-time). This creates a closed dynamic nonequilibrium cycle ensuring the stability of the manifest world without achieving equilibrium. We extend the operator formulation of Basic Ontodynamics by interpreting interaction as the joint satisfaction of closure constraints imposed by multiple topological operators on a common actualization flow. While an isolated node is described by a single operator O transforming an incoming flow J into an outgoing regime, systems of multiple nodes require a nonlinear joint operation O1 ⋆ O2. We show that the joint action J12 = (O1 ⋆ O2)(J) is generally non-additive and can be understood variationally as the (...) flow configuration that minimizes the total deformation of the background subject to the simultaneous closure constraints of both operators. The resulting interaction energy functional measures the excess or deficit of deformation caused by the joint presence of the operators. Negative interaction energy corresponds to compatible compositions that lower the overall flow conflict (binding), while positive energy corresponds to incompatible compositions that increase conflict (repulsion). This framework treats forces not as externally imposed fields but as effective manifestations of the non-additivity and non-commutativity arising from joint constraint satisfaction. It provides a structural language in which matter can be understood as stable networks of operator compositions, while leaving the identification of specific compositions with known fundamental interactions as an open program for future work. This work proposes an ontodynamic interpretation of inertia within the framework of Wayward Metamonism. Inertia is interpreted not as resistance to motion, but as resistance to resynchronization between the external spatial configuration (1--3D) and its local processual unfolding (5--7D). Mass is shown to quantify the rigidity of this synchronization. The masslessness of the photon is explained by the absence of a closed 7D configuration. This work proves that information does not exist ontologicallyit exists only as an epis- temological model endowed with the predicate of distinction. Through rigorous proof of isomorphism between 'Nothingness' and 'Information', we demonstrate that possessing the predicate of distinction is necessary for conceivability but insucient for existence. The consequences of this thesis are fundamental: critique of Wheeler's it from bit, reconcep- tualization of quantum information, refutation of the computational model of consciousness, resolution of confusion between physical and informational entropy, and (...) dissolution of the black hole information paradox. This work demonstrates that computers ontologically process not information but real xations of material states, and that the informational paradigm in physics and cognitive science is a category mistakeconation of ontology and epistemology. Thus, the article outlines the foundations for a holistic philosophical system, proposing: a new ontology, where the primary is not being but the dynamic process of its emergence—∇U (the field of ontological difference); a new epistemology, defining cognition not as reflection but as the act of fixing stable differences in the flow of becoming; a new philosophy of consciousness, understanding it not as a mirror or substance but as a projecting function performing the operation of fixation; and a new theory of culture, interpreting it as a field of continuous renegotiation of collective acts of meaning fixation.
