The i18n bot change https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/extensions/CheckUser/+/1187683 had to be manually merged because a message translation included < and > characters, which is unrecognized by Jenkins job configuration:

The <$1> part of the message checkuser-global-contributions-page-when-no-namespace-translation-available should be replaced with something like ($1) or something else, because otherwise it will keep being flagged for manual review.
