Using [ and ] and the arrow-keys to tab through images is quite common, and I suppose we could re-use this metaphor, but it might be confusing to have this making content ordering changes as much as selection changes; what do others think?

Is it better to do this in OO.ui.mixin.DraggableElement? If so perhaps something more generic than square brackets should be used.

I was thinking of this just for this context, but we could upstream it more generally, yeah; not sure what would be normal, though. Ideas?
