1. Only stamped members are allowed to vote.
2. DO NOT comment on anyones entries until you are stamped.
3. ONLY mods can post stamps.
4. You must have a completely filled out survey first. After members have voted, I will tally the votes. If it is an overall "yes" you will be passed to the next round. Then you must post your picture for voting. Then if you get an overall "yes" here, you will be stamped.
5. You must put your survey and pictures behind an lj-cut. If you don't know how to do that is goes like this <*lj-cut*>survey is here, or pic is here<*/lj-cut*>. Just take out the *s and it will work.
6. No promoting communities without approval of one of the mods, and you must already be a member.
7. You must fill out the survey below. Dont use a million different colors, and put time into it. We put time into putting it together, and if you don't put forth effort you will not be stamped.
8. When posting pictures, put the actual picture(s) behind the cut. No Links! No Nudity!
9. When being rated, there will be no rudeness toward stamped members. This will result in an automatic ban.
10. If you can't take insults, don't waste your time here. We will be honest!
11. You have 24 hours after joining the community to post your survey. Upon being passed on to the next round, you must have your pic posted within one week. If you do not do so, you will be banned.
12. If you do not get accepted, you can try again in a week.
13. The mods have the right to remove any users, for any reason, at ANY time.
14. If you are a member, you are required to stay active. Therefore, if you have not posted saying you are going on hiatus, and you are inactive for 2 weeks, you will be notified. If there is still no activity within one week of notification, you will be banned.
15. You must make every entry FRIENDS ONLY! If you do not, you will be banned.
16. You may not delete your application/pictures. Doing so will result in being banned. Do not change any information on your application without the permission of one of the mods. Failure to get permission will result in being banned.
17. Members::When voting. Put "yes" or "no" in the subject line for easier counting. And explain why you did or did not vote "yes" for them.
18. To be clear that you fully read the rules, in the lj-cut text, put "I am the Perfect Package"

I realize that this questionnaire is a little long,
but it is the only way for members to see your true personality.

At the end of each month, the mods will go over all of the newest applicants from the previous month. The top 3 that have gotten the best "average" of yes votes will be up for the "Perfectly Packed Member of the Month". We will take the number of votes that you get, and divide that by how many "yes" votes you get. This way it is fair considering some people will get more votes than others. If you win, you will need to email me -> LilConfusedOne03@yahoo.com <- with a brief biography of yourself. The winner will be placed with their picture and bio on the userinfo for an entire month.
