This theme to the 1984 Stephen King film was awesome, in my opinion, and I wish I could find it somewhere on CD. By the way, is this the same Ray Stevens credited with doing this that did all the novelty songs in the 70's like The Streak & Honkey Tonk Waltz? if so, it certainly is a much difernt direction, not only musically but vocal style as well.
I feel as if part of my childhood is forever gone... I grew up on this man's films starting from the age of 9 watching late night television such as CREATURE FEATURE and GHOST HOST and in my teens on NIGHT FLIGHT.
Although I am in a public place, I am crying right now.
I. -they become strangers currently not available due to a game of handball where the winning score got served-like a fox milking the cow for all its worth, as if characters from a John Ashley film stepped from the negative riding surfboards while wagging tongues into the year 2501 playing big shot Bingo outside the sandbox__
II. little bo peep certainly was better at leading sheep; driving innocence as if undriven snow drove the flock, but alas the urge to wander instinctively sets in thus losing her wool to a teary eyed soldier boy embellishing martyr ism for his part in the war on terror-all in a tail quest believing he would indeed achieve certified fame__but in the end, the legacy would be a bastard or two followed by a trail of herpes
III. claiming Faust reborn dressed in combat boots gravitating toward "the other side of midnight" located on L Street, this stranger crawls hands to knees when his image appears televised begging Chris Hanson to turn the camera off-with no empathy whatsoever, CH reminds this wolf in sheep's clothing that it was the spotlight he indeed coveted, and that this drama was by his own creation as writer/director/producer for all the world to see/
DAMN! I COULD NOT BELIEVE I FOUND THIS ON YOUTUBE!
I use to have this song on a comp played during the old de Sade days. DIABOLS RISING, a side project of IMPALED NAZERINE & NECROMANTIA, one of the first to combine Industial w/ Black metal back in 1995. I remeber hearing their first CD, and thinking how magical this music was when it first came out.
