One Tree Hill Icon Awards

there's always new OTH icons so I thought to open this community to award the best of the best of OTH Icons there's a community like this but as it's inactive I thought to give it a try to this one, so the original idea of this is from oth_awards I found this community when someone nominated one of my stock icons to stock_awards so there

1. There are 23 permanent categories!
2. All Icons must be according to LJ standards.
3. You may nominate at least 2 different icon makers
4. Please post the icon you are nominating and the lj user
5. You can nominate 4 icons per category
6. You can nominate yourself but just once each round
7. Can't vote for your Icons if you are nominated
8. No old nominees icons please so we can keep it new
9. You can nominate old icons if you want
10.Please let know the person who was nominated she/he was nominated at the community
11. If you are nominating more than 2 icons please post the rest or all under a cut
11.Please DO NOT hotlink icons that you plan to nominate. DO upload them to your own server. We want happy makers no mad ones

EVERY 2 WEEKS ON SUNDAY THE VOTING WILL BE UP! YOU'LL VOTE FOR 3 DAYS (SUNDAY, MONDAY, TUESDAY) AND THEN THE NOMINATIONS WILL START AGAIN (YOU CAN NOMINATE AFTER THE VOTING POLL IS POSTTED REALLY) WINNERS WILL BE ANOUNCED ON THURSDAY.... AND SO ON

CURRENT DATES: YOU HAVE TIME TO NOMINATE UNTIL JULY 6TH AND A POLL WILL BE POSTED THAT DAY AT NIGHT... AFTER THAT ON MONDAY 7TH YOU CAN NOMINATE AGAIN :)
