A carefully folded paper found in Prince’s pocket, this flyer advertises the date and time that a comedy contest, Laff Riot '92, will take place at the Elfsong Tavern in Baldur’s Gate. The date is somewhat soon, at the beginning of Marpenoth.

A crumpled, rumpled, and disintegrating document shoved into the pocket of the breeches Prince was abducted in, this license permits Prince Rivera to practice law within the city of Baldur’s Gate. Or at least it used to, before it expired six months ago.

Printed on hefty, brightly colored card stock featuring a parade of clowns, this certificate of graduation was awarded to Prince Rivera, for masterfully completing the course of study in Tomfoolery, Puns, and All Other Clown Arts, hereby awarding him the title of Clown, Suma Cum Laude, and all the accompanying rights, privileges, honors, and marks of distinction thereto pertaining here or elsewhere. This well cared for document is carefully kept in Prince’s tent at camp, lest it get damaged in battle.

A truly cursed tome if there ever was one. Prince keeps this journal of unspeakable horrors in his breast pocket, and can often be seen poring over it by the campfire, his mood shifting from high pitched laughter to deeply studious. If anyone other than Prince tries to read this journal, they must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 30) or sustain 4d10 psychic damage every 5 seconds until the journal is closed.

P R I N C E ' S  E N O R M O U S  H A T
Found in the Shadow Cursed Lands in shockingly, or perhaps eerily, pristine condition, this enormous, dark blue-green hat has an absurdly wide brim, cheerfully curved upwards on its right side, and is topped off with a huge, ostentatious feather. It is Prince’s favorite article of clothing that he has ever owned. 

P R I N C E ' S  I N S T R U M E N T S 
A lifelong lover of music and the stage, Prince discovered at an early age that channeling his magic through music could help manage his mischievous wild magic surges, which would occasionally turn him blue, or into a table. He carries a beautiful seven string lyre with a pattern of silver leaves carved into the arms and across the body; an old, handheld, brass gangsa gong, its sound reminiscent of clear, running water; and a pair of castanets, which Prince has the habit of turning into chatty, hungry puppets to entertain his many nieces and nephews (and himself).

Added to Prince’s person about a year after his unbelievable adventure against the Absolute, this white gold ring features an blue topaz so bright and brilliant it borders on obnoxious, and a white opal that sparkles in moonlight and glows in shadow. On the inside of the band is an inscription from his beautiful, pun-adoring wife, Shadowheart: I remember you. (Shadowheart’s matching ring bears the following inscription from Prince: [REDACTED due to likelihood of inflicting pun-induced Phantasmal Killer on the reader])

Darcy’s introduction in Pride and Prejudice is really ‘what if you had just had the worst month of your life because your ex-bestie tried to lover boy scam your baby sister out of her share of your dad’s life insurance and your friend dragged you to a shitty party in a dive bar in the neighbourhood where he’d just signed a short term lease, and you decided to let your bad mood show because you were never going to see any of the assholes in this stupid shitty bar EVER again. And your friend ended up making out with a girl he’d just met there while you were stuck talking to her sister who was less cute and then her mother appeared and started trying to matchmake and started saying how if she was twenty years younger she’d clime you like a redwood and ooooh is that a black Amex, guess the next round is on you hahhahahahaha, while her other sister (how many fucking sisters does she have?!) flashed an obviously fake ID at the bar and ordered six vodka-diet red bulls and no one in her family except the less-cute sister even tried to stop her. And you went home and consoled yourself that you would never see any of these people again but then you met them over and over again because they live next door and your friend and the cute sister keep meeting up to make out but not actually date and then. You fall in love with the less-cute sister because it turns out she’s really witty and charismatic but she already knows and remembers and resents the fact that on a day when you were in a shitty mood you called her mid out loud in a dive bar.’
