♪ Haven't been doing much other than schoolwork... and lazing around + colors_tcg. In the process of rewatching Shaman King for some reason lol. I used to love that anime, and still do heeeeee.
School started today. So, my schedule right now is as follows:
1st - Economics - Mr. Gernander 2nd - AP English Lit & Comp - Mr. Guajardo 3rd - Spanish 2 - Mrs. Yeary 4th + 5th - Pharmacy Tech - Mrs. Finch (1st Lunch in between periods) 6th - PreAP Physics - Mr. Karabunarliev 7th - PreCalculus - Mr. Stewart
I'll be taking AP Government next semester it seems.
So, uh, teachers. I had Mr. Gernander before for World Geography - he's pretty laid back and cool. Not a much of a teacher, but eh, might be different this time. Mr. Guajardo would be that one teacher I am intimidated by - big man, but soft voice and stuff you're afraid what happens when he gets mad. Apparently he's one of the harder AP English teachers so ffffffff Lucky me, derp. Mrs. Yeary seems like a nice old lady.... She's the oldest among my teachers, I'm guessing? Mrs. Finch is a fair one. She's pretty much the perfect teacher to teach Pharm Tech (since it's the real deal - with license tests and stuff once we graduate. fun.) Mr. Karabunarliev is this Bulgarian teacher who goes by "Dr. K" in short - since lol look at his name. One of the better PreAP Physics teachers, I hear - since if you don't get him switch out immediately because you're doomed - is what the others said haha. And Mr. Stewart was described by one of my classmates as the "Dr. Cox" (Scrubs) of Math teachers. After the first day, yeah, gotta agree. Derp, I'm doomed.
AND APPARENTLY, I started reading the wrong book all along. I have a timed writing for East of Eden on Friday, and I barely had cracked the book open when I found out. SO, OPERATION READ 600 PAGES IN 4 DAYS IS A GO. I have the weekend to finish One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, at least. OTL
WHY DID I TAKE AP ENGLISH AGAIN
oh right, to appease mom. /shame to all Asians - at least, the smart ones in school that take AP everything
Also, today's lunch line was horrible, predictably. I didn't get my food (which were only fries because I knew I was gonna run out of time) until two minutes after the end of lunch bell rang :u Apparently there's a new computer system or something that the lunch ladies were terribly unfamiliar with hrrrhnnn. Good thing the school changed the time in-between classes to 8 minutes (last year it was 6) - I barely made it back to class on time.
My advisory class was also one of the lucky ones to get a new room this year \o/ The school's been building a new hall over last year and summer, and now it's done. It's all... white and clean lmao. My advisor's room is really sweet though. He teaches Chemistry so he got a new lab and stuff.
And idk askdjgkajdklasjd
I, uh, have to work on the doujinshi group order and have it all set up for tomorrow night + finish editing and typesetting a doujinshi by this week + read and finish all of East of Eden by Thursday the latest. (ninja)
