About Opmore

You can't scale what only works when you are in the room.

Most companies run on knowledge that lives in one head. The founder knows how the work gets done, why the calls go the way they do, what good actually looks like. Then they hire. The new person spends months trying to absorb something nobody ever wrote down, and the founder becomes the manual.

Opmore extracts that knowledge into a Playbook: how your company operates, how decisions get made, how the work is supposed to sound. Then we run an agent on top of it. The agent onboards new hires, answers their questions, and does real work across the tools your team already uses, Slack and Teams, Jira, Notion, Gmail, your CRM.

The result is simple. A new hire is effective on day one instead of after six months of figuring things out, and the operation no longer breaks the moment you step out of the room.

Where the method came from

The extraction method started with sales. We built OPTICS, six pillars that pull how a founder actually sells out of their head and into a structure anyone can follow. It worked, and the same approach turned out to apply to every part of a company: how decisions get made, how the work gets done, how a new hire is supposed to think. OPTICS is one tab in a bigger Playbook now. The principle behind it runs through all of them.

The research behind OPTICS

"Throwing Pasta and Finding Fit" is a master's thesis written at Chalmers University of Technology on how early-stage B2B SaaS companies build their first sales process. It studied what actually works when you have no brand, no team, and no playbook, and the findings became the foundation for the OPTICS framework.

The bigger picture

Opmore exists to make every hire effective from day one instead of after six months of figuring things out. We started with onboarding because that is the moment the cost of undocumented knowledge hits hardest: a new person joins, the founder is the manual, and nobody has written down why anything works the way it does. The same model fits any team where the operation lives in one person's head. Professional services, franchise operators, field-services companies. Anywhere a good operation stalls because the reasoning behind it never made it out of the room.

Who's building this

A small team that got tired of being the bottleneck.

We built Opmore because we lived the problem. Everything important sat in one head, and nobody new could move without us. We are around four people today, and we build the Playbook for every company we work with ourselves.

Spent years selling, then watched the same knowledge gap sink hire after hire. Opmore is the system Mo wished existed back when he was the only one who knew how anything worked.

Builds the whole product. What the team learns about a company turns into something every new hire there can use the next morning.
