Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact.onipuni@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided after a case has been made.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Oni Puni Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making any purchases.
Returns
Due to the nature of our collectible and plush products, we do not offer returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for a return or exchange.
To initiate a return, please email us at contact.onipuni@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. We will evaluate your request and provide instructions on how to return the item if applicable.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet our criteria.
- Any shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at contact.onipuni@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to post to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable:
- Items sold during clearance or special promotional sales.
- Gift cards.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or has been used.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact.onipuni@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in our return instructions. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
