Obscure Brit Actors Squee Consortium

Okay. So. What the hell is this, anyway?

We began this community on 27 September 05.
It's about the following things we've observed in so many obscure British actors:
- Loveliness
- Sex appeal
- Talent
- Humour
- Intelligence
- Angst
- All that other stuff we squee about.

(And those things apply to the members as well as the OBAs! *MWAH*)

We envision this comm can be used for:
- General squee relief
- Appeals for trades
- Alerts of upcoming shows, films, plays
- Further information on a newly-discovered OBA or on his work
- Photo posting
- Article and website links
- Film, show and theatre reviews
- Endless agonising games of "Death Is Not An Option"
- Did we mention squee relief already?
- Witty, sexy, provocative dialogue - the kind we already know you members are capable of. We've seen it!

Please note, the interest list is NON-EXHAUSTIVE and NON-EXCLUSIVE! If your favourite OBA isn't on the list, maybe that's because he is obscure and we don't know him. Educate us! Also, LiveJournal caps the list at 150 entries and clearly that doesn't begin to cover the Obscure Brit Acting scene out there. There is plenty of love to go round but there are only so many 'defined' interests. The list below is merely a starting-off point.

OBASC Graduates:
Former OBA's that have 'graduated' from obscurity to bigger and better things since we started obasc are David Tennant, Benedict Cumberbatch, James McAvoy and Michael Sheen. Cheerio, old chaps!
