The Rules:

001;; Each Monday, a mod will post a challenge. The challenge will either be of a No Doubt picture [or set of pictures] or of a No Doubt lyric.
002;; For a picture challenge, you can only use the No Doubt, Gwen, Tony, Tom or Adrian cap/picture that is posted in the weekly challenge post. You don't have to use the full picture though: you can crop it, edit it and add brushes as you'd like.
003;; For a lyric challenge, you may use any No Doubt group or individual member picture, but you MUST use the FULL lyric that is given.
004;; One entry per person, per week and anyone can enter.
005;; Post the contest entries in seperate posts on Monday through Friday. When you post your entry, please also post the URL to the icon. It's easier for mods to just copy and paste the url's for the voting post and not go to properties each time.
006;; Your icon must meet Livejournal size: under 40K, and no larger than 100x100 pixels. Only JPG, GIF, and PNG formats allowed.
007;; At the end of the week, a mod will post a voting post. Please see below for rules for voting!! You can vote (by commenting to the voting post) from late at night Friday to late at night Saturday.
008;; Winners of the challenge will be announced every either late Sunday night or Monday.
009;; Anyone found copying another user will be banned from the community.
010;; No icon theft!! if you like a person's icon, ask first if you can use it, don't just take it.
011;; Icons entered in the contest can not be used and taken until the contest is over.(surely if you like an icon that much you can wait a week). If use your icon yourself or share your icon before the contest is over, that entry will be disqualified.
012;; Don't post other things than contest entries even if it's No Doubt related.
013;; No community promo. If you want to affiliate, ask a mod.
014;; If you repeatedly break one or more of the rules, you will be banned.

Voting Rules:

001;; You canNOT vote for yourself.
002;; Do NOT ask your friends to vote for you. It's about best icon and not about best following. If we find out you have asked people to vote for your icon, the icon in question will be disqualified.
003;; You may NOT vote more than once (i.e. with different journal, etc.)
004;; Votes made by journals that have only icon contest communities on their friends list and/or have not been updated in over 10 weeks will not be counted as valid - for obvious reasons.
