I apologise if this sounds like an advertisement, but not enough people have been donating enough money to this radio station in New York called WFDU 89.1 FM. Maybe because it consists of oldies music [salsa, blues..etc] but they would appreciate it if people helped out by at least giving $5.00.Or if you feel more generous, you are welcome to give $10 to above. PLease help to fundraise, ring 201 692 012 or go online on their website here, email them your name so they can credit you on air & give you a free cd(i think when you give $39)other than this they will be left to shut down if not enough people help! :(
I heard it through internet radio, & I don't even live in usa but i still care!HELP OUT PLEASE by ringing & making a pledge..or they’ll go off the air. They are volunteers who love their job but are on the verge of giving up, please.

I feel hatred towards those who are greedy and shallow, wishing that they would change or just.. die. I know it's not good to wish death upon them, but I doubt they will ever change. I sometimes can't sleep because I am bombarded with thoughts of anger and hatred and about how fucked up this world is, and how ignorant so many people are.
I've been told to try not to think about it, but it's so difficult when you look on TV on the internet or in a magazine, or walk down the street and all you can see are advertisements, stupid articles that mean nothing in reality, half naked men and women, and just so many things that make me want to be insane so that at least I would be living in my own little world where nothing would really affect me.
Does anyone else feel this way? I wish I could talk to someone who did, I mean I know a few people but no one who gets as aggravated by it as I do.
Sugar Ray Is A Poser
For those of you watch music videos, I'm sure by now you have caught Shania Twain's latest video. It's some song about her having a party for two, and of course since it is a party for two she just had to have someone featuring in the video with her.
You'd think that she would pick a country star to feature with her in the video, but since Nashville thinks her music has ruined country, rather than been a part of it, she decided on someone mainstream. A lad known to most of us as Sugar Ray or by his real name, Mark "Cadillac Posterboy" McGrath.
Now it was funny I was having a conversation with a woman yesterday at coffee, and this woman said "I can't believe Sugar Ray sold out being in that Shania Twain video. He's completely mainstream now."
Huh?
When exactly was Sugar Ray off the cusp? He's always been mainstream. He hasn't gone mainstream, perhaps a little looney being in a video and singing with Shania Twain. I'll tell you when it comes to music the people that are mainstream are known for everything else but their music. For instance:
Sugar Ray - The worst haircuts since Vanilla Ice. He also sports an impressive Cadillac symbol on his thigh because it's his favourite car, and because Cadillac pays all the women to give him a handjob while riding in one.
Celine Dion - Annoying, Loud, Idiotic and dangerous married to a gambling junkie that is just as idiotic. (her music makes me want to throw myself off a building thankfully I have not been atop many tall buildings at the same time her music has been playing) Please do not call her Canadian any longer, as a Canadian I am ashamed whenever I see her in the news.
Ashlee Simpson - Saturday Night Live.
Jessica Simpson - Reality TV Show, that should have been cancelled years ago, and should never have been conceived.
Nickelback - "We aim to be Creed"
Creed - "We aim to have a music career"
Usher - He has an eightpack.
Brittney - Miriam Webster Dictionary has recently decided to paste her picture up right next to the definitions Dumb, Untalented, Phony, and Slut.
You see these people of the mainstream lack one major thing. Music. Maybe they should take courses on writing their own songs, or actually playing an instrument, or just thrown themselves off a nice long cliff, and get music back to where it belongs.
