Proposed split of HHD content to New town

Currently we have the location of Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer documented here as "Main Street", but the only reference I can actually find to the location being called is a single image caption on the (now-archived) US website. The UK website refers to the central area as the "town plaza", so it's possible the US website caption is merely referring to this specific part of town. The Japanese website, English-language manual, and English in-game text all refer to the location as a "new town".

Also, I've extracted the images for each house plot. I'd like to document these plot similarly to how we've covered the HHP plots in the archipelago article, so the location being split into its own article would be ideal for this. -- Dorsal Axe (talk) 06:04, February 4, 2026 (EST)
