Ningles uses selfie verification to reduce impersonation and fake profiles.
While we currently do not use AI-based duplicate detection or government ID verification, every profile can be reported and reviewed manually by our moderation team.
Accounts found violating our policies may be permanently suspended.
Reporting & Blocking
Your safety is in your control.
On Ningles, you can:
- Block any user at any time
- Remove a user from your conversations
- Report harassment, spam, inappropriate behavior, or suspected fraud
- Submit reports anonymously
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
If an account receives multiple serious reports or is found violating our community standards, it may be permanently suspended.
We aim to respond to safety-related concerns within 24 hours.

Conversation Safety
You can:
- Delete your conversations
- Block users at any time
- Control your activity visibility (such as last seen status)
While we currently do not use automated chat monitoring or AI moderation, we actively review reported conversations when submitted.
We are continuously working to strengthen safety systems as the platform grows.
Payments & Rewards Safety
All in-app purchases are currently processed through:
- Google Play
- Apple App Store
We do not store your card details.
As Ningles evolves, we may integrate secure third-party payment gateways. All payments will continue to be processed through compliant and encrypted systems.
Rewards earned within the platform may be redeemable in accordance with our terms. Abuse of the reward system may result in account suspension.
Account Control
You are always in control of your presence on Ningles.
You can:
- Permanently delete your account
- Block any user
- Control activity visibility
- Remove yourself from conversations
We are also working toward introducing enhanced profile visibility controls in future updates.
Minimum age to join Ningles is 18 years.
Meeting in Real Life
If you choose to meet someone offline:
- Take your time before sharing personal details
- Meet in public places
- Inform a trusted person about your plans
- Trust your instincts
Ningles does not currently offer emergency assistance integration, so we encourage users to prioritize personal safety when meeting offline.
Law Enforcement Cooperation
Ningles cooperates with lawful requests from authorities when required under applicable laws.
