Wow, I forgot I had a livejournal. So, for anyone who still knows who I am, here's what has been going on in my life.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina school of dentistry in dental assisting in May of this year, and have now been working in my field for 3 months. It is the most amazing job and I love it so much.

I don't really write anymore. My computer crashed and I lost everything I had ever written and everything I was working on, so I just could get back into it after that. I'd love to write again, but I'm not sure if it'll ever happen.

And the most exciting news of all................I'M GETTING MARRIED!!!!!!!! He's the man of my dreams and the only person I could imagine spending the rest of my life with. The big day is April and I can hardly wait! :)

Well, that's about it. I'm not even sure if anyone will read this.

I thought this was pretty cool. My Ziva/McGee story (Conditions) was nominated, along with a bunch of my Kate/Gibbs stories. Made me feel good that people still read/like my stuff. It really has made me want to start writing again. I have a partially written Kate/Gibbs story I started to look at again, and who knows, maybe I'll finish it.

I got a call from the University of North Carolina yesterday telling me that I had been accepted into the dental assisting program!!!!!!!!!!! I've waited for this for more than a year now, and I'm so excited! At first I had not been accepted, but they had one person back out and I was the first person on their back up list. They might not have even called me because my e-mail didn't work and they almost just went to the next person on the list, but they decided to try and call me. I feel like God was really looking out for me. I'm so excited!!!!

My holidays were a lot of fun. I found out a couple days before Christmas that I got all A's in my college classes. I was so happy! I got all I wanted for Christmas (including a Nintendo DS!) Had a fun New Years party. So far my year has been good, lots of work and next week I'll have lots of school. I've worked a little bit on a new Kate/Gibbs story, but I can't make any promises on it being done any time soon.

Someone drove a van into the front of the place where I work very early this morning. Scared me a lot when I first heard about it. Thankfully it was very early and no one was in the store or got hurt. But it worried me a lot when I saw all of the damage and didn't know if everyone was ok. We had two doors into the building, but one of them was completely destroyed and some of the ceiling is messed up and some of the floor had to be replaced. But, I'm so very thankful that no one was hurt. Thank the Lord!

So, I did this last year, and it was fun, so I'm going to do it this year too.

I changed my layout! It took my forever, but I really like it.

I need to make a real post, but I don't have the time today. Hopefully by next week I can get some free time and let everyone know what's going on with me lately.
