Amazing changes
Everyone hits a period in their lives where they're faced with the most random yet important things that all need to be done RIGHT NOW. It doesn't matter how many other projects you're working on, or where your desk is, or anything petty like that. IT all balances on you, the individual, and how you can handle everything that gets thrown at you.
Lately I'm afraid to admit I have been floundering. I had no idea how to get together the things I needed for my journey into office projects. I have discovered though that the native peoples of the area are very generous with their offers of assistance. We would be wise to listen to them.
My office adventure started out a bit rocky, but with support from my team, I feel as if I can make this hike on my own. They've supplied me with the necessary tools, maps of the area with the hazards clearly marked. This has gone from being a blind leap into the unknown to a carefully plotted out pathway. "We WILL make this," I assure my new hires.
The brand new kids are always the worst. They don't know what to expect. We break them in slow and gentle. making sure they understand everything it takes to be on a solid team,
Just some random ramblings from late one night after I'd taken an Ambien. I do want to flesh it out into more; as of now it's a nice little tidbit but it has so much potential in my head.
