I am participating in the hohohos Secret Santa this year. However I just realized that my friends locked journal isn't very easy for people to look at. So I will be friending all the participants when I get home from work today. So Secret Santa please hold on and I will help you out.

Well I have had an internetless week and a half due to wireless network at the house going down and landlady not calling someone to fix it right away. Then she does and he fixes it but my Tivo won't connect. That gets fixed but I go to sign on the computer that night and it won't connect. ARGH!! So I leave to come to Wincon and can I get on the hotel internet Friday? No...even the number to call doesn't let me get past the language request choice. Sigh....But tomorrow is another day! Or well today is. I have figured it out and I am
finally back on-line!! No guarantee for when I get home on Sunday however. But yay - I'm at Wincon!!

I got here and attended the panels and then went out to dinner and came back for the vid show and uh karaoke- they even did Bohemian Rhapsody- yeah squirm a lot! I of course only watched the scariness but got in some good back up singing from the rear of the room. I almost went out on the group trip to see Rocky Horror- which I have never done- but talked myself out of it because last week was so bad at work that my health is on the edge.

Thanks to dolimir_k for coming down to play and have dinner with me and destina for buying me that drink and snarking with me at the vid show! So many fun people to meet.

So last month dolimir_k dared me to write a story for her for a challenge she was going to put on. The Outsider Challenge didn't exactly happen but I wrote it for her birthday instead. I had just intended it for her viewing because I have never written fiction before. However she also requested I post it. So here it is.

The challenge was: I'd like everyone to post a story (of any length...a drabble, a dodecal, five hundred words...whatever it takes to tell the story) from an outsider's point of view of someone the Winchesters have saved. I'll call it the Outsider's Challenge.
