Salutations

Hi! I am new to this group and kind of new to paganism in general. I've been trying to learn all I can about paganism and wicca for a little over a year now and I'm now trying to connect to people in my area to get some new perspectives. I don't follow any specific tradition but I'm still learning.

I'm 29 and married and I live in Clayton with my five furry children. I work in Human Resources for a company in Durham and I play WoW in my spare time. That's about all I can think of (my life is dull...LOL).

Hi there!

I just joined this lovely community, and I thought I'd say hello. I just moved to Columbia, SC from Florida. I am 22, living with my boyfriend and our ton of animals. :) I am not sure what else to say, hmm. I play a lot of World of Warcraft when I am not working. Ummmmm. I like to go out and have fun, meet new people, all that jazz.

Anyway, I am glad to be here! I'd love to get to know other Pagans in my area, so .. say hello!

Blessings,
Ali

Hey, all. I've started a Pagan reading group in Cary. We're going to be meeting at the Borders Book on Walnut St. tonight at 7:30 and probably on a monthly basis after that. I know no one here is really in that area, but just in case.

New to North Carolina

Hey! I just joined and wanted to say hello on the off chance this community is more active than it looks.

I just moved to Raleigh and am always looking for new contacts. I have been Wiccan for about eight years and am a Dedicant in Blue Star Traditional Wicca. I've been trying to get a book club going in Cary but so far haven't gotten any community interest. I'm originally from Tidewater, Virginia, where there is a very vocal Pagan scene. Unfortunately there don't seem to be too many of us running around in North Carolina! Anyway, drop me a line if you live in my area and would like to chat a bit.

Hello

Hello everyone

I have been on this group for a while now but never introduced my self. I joined when a buddy of mine mentioned that there where groups on LJ. My thought was, damn maybe I can find some kewl people to converse with. I am not really pagan; I’m more of an eclectic and have a Zen nature more or less. Some of my favorite subjects are gods, goddess, time travel, demons and vampires.

'ello. I'm a weird person who decided 7 years ago that she'd rather try to contact gods directly than worship them, and ended up discovering there's more than one god out there, and more than one way to worship. Thus, I consider myself a pagan at this point in my life. ^__^ I live in lower south carolina, down near Charleston. And I dearly love to talk about religion, spirituality, and just about anything that has to do with gods, so feel free to talk to me sometime on AIM. :)
