Bistro at Remic Rapids Park

The NCC Bistro at Remic Rapids Park provides an opportunity to stop and refuel after an outing outdoors. It’s the perfect place to take in the panoramic views of the Ottawa River. 

Location: Remic Rapids Park, Kichi Zībī Mīkan, Ottawa ON K1A 0K9
Hours: Daily, 11 am to Sunset

The Bistro and its associated parking lot will be accessible during NCC Weekend Bikedays. This park is enterable by car via the Kichi Zībī Mīkan (east) or Goldenrod Driveway.

Bistro at Patterson Creek Park

The NCC Bistro at Patterson Creek Park is located in a beautiful park, next to a quiet creek in Ottawa’s family-friendly Glebe neighbourhood. The creek flows into the adjacent Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which, in summer months, is popular with runners, walkers and cyclists.

Animated patio at Blair Road Boat Launch

The easternmost riverside patio overlooking the Ottawa River — perfect spot to stop by on your riverside stroll! The site features seating on the newly constructed terrace, including Muskoka chairs, tables and chairs, and shaded areas with umbrellas

  • Hours: 11 am till dusk, seven days a week
  • Menu: Non-alcoholic beverages, gourmet hot-dogs, sandwiches, poutine and more.

Animated patio at Confederation Park

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ottawa streets, this patio is a true urban oasis.

  • Location: Confederation Park
  • Hours: 11 am to 9 pm (Sunday to Thursday), 11 pm (Friday and Saturday)
  • Menu: Cold beers, cocktails, wine, sandwiches, salads, charcuterie boards
  • Operators: Sipyard, with food by Mezze
  • Nearby: Rideau Canal, National Arts Centre
