Axis Power Hetalia and Beyond

Hello, I am actually a newbie at the fan-fiction writing business and would like to request help. I already have a few plot points in mind, but I don't know how to get from point A to point B. Any advice?

If needed, here is a (very) brief overview of the planned fan-fiction.
