Attendee Frequently Asked Questions
From what time can I arrive?
We recommend arriving 60 to 90 minutes ahead of the scheduled time of your first ticketed match. You will be allowed on-site as soon as the site opens. Once admitted according to your gate time, your ticket gives you access to your assigned seat and the grounds until the site closes. However, you will need to vacate your seats for the next session. In Montreal, you'll still have access to Rogers Court on level 200 (first-come, first-served) and to all secondary courts (first-come, first-served).
Vehicles - Parking
Parking in and around IGA Stadium is extremely limited. We strongly recommend using public transportation to travel to IGA Stadium.
Parking on-site is a privilege reserved for buyers of pairs of tickets in the 100 level of Centre Court via the official NBO website. If this applies to you, a parking pass will be added to your National Bank Open account prior to your session.
Be sure to verify if your ticket includes parking and where your designated lot is located before driving your vehicle to IGA Stadium.
