明るくなっている私の将来

これも、消えます
This too shall pass.

This is how I live my life.

Though there are times which are painful, and may even seem intolerable, the vision of a bright, sunny day at the end of it all is what gets me through each time.

And even when I feel as though I'm alone, there are a whole host of people who are dear to me who help lift my spirits, knowingly or not.

Those of you who mean the most to me...well, you know who you are.

Many people walk in and out of your life, but it's the ones that mean something who leave footprints on your heart.

Though many others are important to me, the one person who ultimitely means the most to me is myself.

I am: A writer, a dreamer, a lover, an optimist, a free spirit, Pisces, queer, proud

I do: Care the best I can, whenever I can, for those who deserve it; Stop to appreciate the little things in life; Believe in myself no matter what; do what is right for me.

I love: My family (even though there are times when I don't like them very much), my friends, everyone who has been an uplifting presence in my life...sunshine, animals, nature, cultural pluralism, being alive

I am passionate about: Music, the Japanese language and culture, the mysteries of language, life

I am not: Closed-minded, hateful by nature, complacent, obedient, a follower, the "girl next door"

I do not: Drink alcohol, smoke, do drugs, hurt people willingly, listen to others' negative words, ever give up when times are tough, give up on my dreams, conform

I hate: Bigotry, discrimination, persecution, homophobia, racism, closed-mindedness, arrogance, blind conformity, violence and war

My pet peeves: Country music, bubblegum pop, loud vaccuum cleaners, -40 degree weather, rude customers, math, soap operas

That's me, in a nutshell. But why not come and dig a little deeper?
