Hello kiddies, I've been given permission by Yama-ji to teach metal shop, Since I studied metal work in college.....I know damn well what I'm talking about! I trust no one signing up for this class will expect an easy A, I want my student to make quality projects, because metal work is one of my life's passion.....and I suggest you take it seriously!


::CLASS RULES::

::GOALS OF THIS CLASS::
To introduce you the world of metal working one of my life's passions.
::MATERIALS NEEDED::
Appropriate clothing to protect skin, saftey glasses, notebooks & pencils
::GRADING::
Following a grading style that leans more towards those in college, students' grades will be based on the following system:

Tests/Major Projects: 60%
Homework: 40%

The grading scale is as follows (there is no rounding up):
A - 90-100%
B+ - 87-89.99%
B - 83-86.99%
B- - 80-82.99%
C+ - 77-79.99%
C - 73-76.99%
C- - 70-72.99%
D+ - 67-69.99%
D - 60-66.99%
F - 59.99 and below

::CLASSROOM RULES::
1. Food and drink is allowed, but if I find any remnants in the classroom, You'll be playing Janitor for the remainder of the week
2. Gum is okay as long as I don't see it, hear it, or have to clean it up.
3. I do count tardies so expect there to be consequences, also if you miss a lesson due to an unexcused absense or tardy, I will not take the time to reteach the lesson, so it is in your best interest to show up on time.
4. Absenses must be either reported early if possible or a parent must excuse the student via phone. No make-ups will be allowed otherwise.
5. There are no retakes in this class.
6. There is no extra credit in this class.
7. Sucking up is ineffective.
8. I expect all student to be attentive at all times, anyone caught sleeping will answer to me.
9. All personal electronics are to be put away during class, if not they will be confiscated.
10. Any unsavory conduct of any sort will result in severe punishment, so let's try to be mature people.

Ok Kiddies, The Demon God has been a little under the weather, but I'm back and more Evil than ever, 1st order of Business......Ikkaku we need to talk......NOW!! So much work to do before the next meet, I've revised our practice schedule, You'll find out the change once you pussies come to practice!

So much shopping left to do, For starters since My 2 captains managed to make it to seniors this year, I guess I should reward them.......I'm not telling what I got you guys, so don't ask!!!!! Then there's Yachiru, who's pretty easy to shop for, and last and certainly least ~cringes~ the secret santa gift, oh the irony of it all........I'll get you for this Yama-ji!

Ok ladies, it's almost thanksgiving which means you need to be ready for the day after. What's happening you ask, our annual training retreat in the mountains of Kyoto, and of course we will be roughing it, bring nothing but clothes, sleeping bags & your bokens. What about food you ask, well as your captains will tell you from last year, food gathering will be an exercise in Darwinism. Attendence is mandatory! So after the whole fiasco of the dance I'm still not fully recovered, I have a fucking hangover like you wouldn't believe. I don't remember too much after the beginning of my fight w/Urahara, but I some how get the feeling he wasn't taking me seriously, My face feels like I didn't win either by the way. Another tidbit, Ikkaku.....I remember everything you did at the dance, so prepare yourself bitch!!!!!!! Oh yeah, everyone coming to the staff party, if you intend on using my hottub......NO GOING COMMANDO!!!!!!only I and a certain someone are allowed to do that Alright I have more justice to dispense....LATER BITCHES!!!!
