Discover the World of Nadija Mujagic: A Journey Through Words
Meet Nadija Mujagic
Nadija [pron. Na-dee-ya] Mujagić was born and raised in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, what used to be the former Yugoslavia back in the late 1970s. In 1997, she moved to the United States shortly after the end of the Bosnian War and has lived in Massachusetts since. In her spare time, she enjoys playing sports and electric bass guitar.
Nadija Mujagic is an indie author of several psychological thrillers, where she weaves dark twists with emotionally layered characters. A longtime storyteller, she’s finally putting to use the creative writing skills she honed during her college years. When she’s not plotting her next twist, you’ll find her on long walks or jamming on her bass guitar. She lives with her husband, son, and their remarkably clever standard poodle, Koko.
What Readers Are Saying
Wow! This book pulled me right in from the first page. It’s a dark psychological thriller that will stay with you long after you’ve read the book. Set in the 1980’s, FBI agent Daisy Adams races to find a missing child. I’m so ready for book two.
Thought provoking, sinister, an excellent read. Sadly a woman driven to murder! Money does not always make you happy! maybe comfortable!
“Every book by Nadija is a treasure. Her unique voice and perspective make her stories stand out in the literary world.”
I finished reading The Final Stitch last night, just before midnight. I had to finish it before going to bed. The Final Stitch is the 3rd and Final book of the series. It is based on a real life cross dressing, cannibalistic serial k!ller. The Final Stitch dots the I’s and crosses the T’s to round out this amazing series! Once you’ve read The First Thread, you’ll want to jump right in to The Crimson Knot, so you’ll probably want to grab all 3 at once!
If you’ve read the first book, you’re going to read the second book. And if you read the second, you’re going to be so ready for book 3. Nadija Mujagic has crafted a masterful story, based on true events, which will appeal to true crime readers as well as psychological thriller readers. If you’re looking to get drawn into a suspenful, tension-filled, well-written book, go check this out. (But read the First Thread first!)
