Thank you so much for the interest!! I apologise for being so slow (i've had a few hiccups and irl stuff to sort out 🥲🥲) but everything came in so all that's left is for me to set up my shop and it's good to go! I'm planning to open it by the end of august, or if possible earlier!! 🤧💖
I've initially had issues regarding shipping like the US tariffs and especially the recent regulation of PPWR in EU that has all indie artists scrambling so it took me some time to gather information and ask my other fellow artists on the same boat 🥲
I'd also did a test run to send my friends packages to the respective places and fortunately the package sent to the EU country passed the custom safely!! There's still no update for the package sent to US but shipping from here (Singapore) was, although the process was super slow, fairly smooth!!
Hopefully with this I'll be able to send it to as much countries as possible 🙏
If your work is being *sold* you can do something in theory. If you can in any way message or email either the person or the website you can tell them you are the copyright holder and you didn't consent to that, and that you want the merch taken down or you will contact your lawyer (you do not need a lawyer, this is just to scare them). You can find examples of this kind of message online if you want a template.
this sounds like a solid advice! I'm not too concerned of the one i encountered bcs it looks like only 1 piece is produced and the quality is... not the best (since most of the works i uploaded are low-res) and sketchy, so it feels more trouble that its worth HAHA

Nope! not at all! i don't allow reposts of my artworks on any platforms!
I'm unfortunately aware of this issue of my artworks (along with others and my mutuals') reposted uncredited on pinterest and encountered them myself but... 😔 there's nothing much I could do and there's too many i to keep up with I've sort of given up 💔
the only way i've countered it is to start putting up my watermark so at least they'll know my username :') but other than that i can't do much... so if anyone sees my works and have the time, i'd highly appreciate if you'd try to report or mention me at the very least...! 🥹🙏💕

I use bigcartel for my online shop! their platinum subscription set up to 50 products (which is more than what i need) and the interface is quite easy to understand and navigate through so i quite like it!!
i'm not exactly an expert at this but i can give my humble knowledge so far 🤔 i've had a few friends who also use etsy (though i often see it more for US and EU artists) and there are some i know who uses ko-fi too!
i've also recently heard about the new platform called acggoods (collaborates with wooacry iirc) which acts a third party platform that handles the merch production until shipping so all you have to do is provide the designs of your merch (or so i heard)
but there's no need to be too grand in preparing an online shop tbh, there are my friends who also simply use google form for their online orders and it works out well! there's always different options depending on which one works well for you! 👍
