Basics	Obsessions
My name is Elyse, but many people (especially online) call me Ellie. Originally from South Jersey, I am a Junior at American University in DC. I am studying Elementary Education and will hopefully be entering a 5-year masters program shortly. I love writing and have been writing fan fiction since 2003. I also love musicals and, though I have not acted much since elementary school, miss it dearly. I love going to Broadway and have numerous plays pretty much memorized.	My life is often controlled by my many obsessions, whether my first that was Barney at a young age, or Degrassi starting in middle school or the many Broadway shows I love or my current strong, Harry Potter. For example, I started a Quidditch club at my school last year and just visited the Wizarding World of Harry Potter for the first time. I have spent close to $1000 on Harry Potter merchandise this year and have no regrets. JK Rowling is also my top idol.
