RULES
1*Once you join, you must fill out an application within 48 hours of joining.
2*You must fill out the whole application, and put it under FRIENDS ONLY. If you do not put your application under FRIENDS ONLY you will automatically be rejected & then banned.
3*You need to be 13 or older to join.(Yes, only 13. So take that to your advantage.)
4* You cannot vote/comment until you are stamped by me:

11*The following things are what we will judge you on. They are in order of how important they are. How 70s you are, time spent on application, and last, but not least reading the rules and following them.

ACCEPTED MEMBER RULES
1* You must stay active.
2* You must make 3 to 5 promotions a month!
4*If you have any problems with any other member you can challenge them out of the community.
5* If you can not stay active or promote for any reason, post an entry in a lj-cut saying why you can't. Otherwise i'll just think your not doing anything for the community and might ban you.
6* If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, please do so in leaving them in a comment or entry...I'd really like to answer them and give you a clue on what your suppose to do!
7* If any member breaks any of these rules they will be BANNED!
8* If you get a new username please write in a post with it to inform us that you have a new one, so we know.
9*All posts must be put in as “friends only”, this community is not public whatsoever, so please remember this rule.
