Puerto Princesa atau lebih dikenali sebagai Bandar Puerto Princesa merupakan sebuah bandar di wilayah Mimaropa, Filipina. Bandar ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 316,384 dalam isi rumah 82,134.
