Lupao atau lebih dikenali sebagai Perbandaran Lupao merupakan sebuah perbandaran di wilayah Nueva Ecija, Filipina. Perbandaran ini mempunyai jumlah penduduk seramai 47,175 dalam isi rumah 11,519.
