Why are the people who turn off your electricity so mean!!! I mean when they come to the door and tell you they're about to cut it off and you say wait I'm paying them over the phone right now, why can't they just leave the electricity on!? But nooo they want to turn the lights off although you're paying at that moment and then they leave and your electricity is off until hours and hours later... >8(
