This would be an attempt to revive to my icon journal after 4 years of hiatus ;)

Today I'm going to teach you how to achieve a nice & clean coloring, as well as this blue-ish coloring using this image that I got from tumblr. I also put down my PSD on the entry below to make your life easier :)
