i’ll start: one of my absolute favorite moments in all of kingdom keepers is in the original version of dark passage (it’s in the rewrite too, but it was changed) when philby and willa were in the kitchen and they had captured diablo
idk why but that and the fact that in the original version of disney at dawn they used pictochat on nintendo ds’ to communicate have stuck in my mind
Here’s something interesting about the pictochat thing, it caused the rewrite of book 2 to be 40 pages shorter because it didn’t have the pictochat formatting. That’s literally it. The book is identical to the original other than that. (For the curious it’s just bolded text for the messages in the rewrite, the bubbles are gone.)
My favorite moment has to be when Dillard dies in book 6 (the original not the rewrite) because it is written SO WELL.
