Remake? Hadn't heard of one, but I'll reserve judgment. The miniseries was darn near perfect and should not be messed with -- unless Frank Darabont is directing the remake. ;)

Yeah remakes are a risky thing. I loved the miniseries too. So many great visuals and a great cast.
