New FAQ about commenting and reviews!

fuzion_mixer has provided some very useful info about how comments and reviews should be written on The Mod Archive! Definitely check them out:

Please note, that TMA Staff will start warning users about how they comment on modules. We may also delete comments if they are proven to not provide any feedback.

About the major slowdowns... (AI bots)

Recently, Modarchive has been experiencing major slowdowns. The frequency of this happening was not that big in the beginning, but now it reached to an almost daily thing now. At first we thought it was just a DDoS, but now it's apparent, that TMA is being targeted by AI scrapers.

So far, We've tried a number of solutions which proved to be ineffective. We're trying our best to fight this problem. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this brought over the past months.
