Otto de Vries

With 28 years of DJ'ing under my belt, I can identify three defining moments that changed me musically. The third and most recent one brought me to where I am today. A heady mix of dub, nu-disco, proto-house, techno, tech house and post-punk. For me its full circle in many ways. The tempo sits happily under 120 BPM and is simplistic and clean electronica with rock and disco influence.

I am not willfully obscure, but I have always lent towards seeking out, playing and hopefully exposing people to music that they would not usually get to hear in a club.

I have played in various venues, clubs and parties in South Africa, United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland.
