The saying, "ignorance is bliss." is spot on. Personal development should come with a warning because change is hard. Once you start, it is like peeling off the layers of an onion. You think that you have it all figured out and then BAM, something else comes up that you need to work on. I call this being awake. If you are awake, I truly believe you will be the best version of yourself, even through the times of discomfort.
