DJ Jose Scott is a native Venezuelan, who toured all of Venezuela as a DJ since 1984 through 1993. He gave live performances to audiences ranging from small cafes, urban bars and clubs, as well to crowds of several thousands in local stadiums and beachfronts. In Venezuela he was best known for working with traveling discotheques such as "New York, New York" and "Excalibur", and for opening for Latin American celebrities such as Ricardo Montaner, Jordano, Roberto Antonio, DIviana, Miguel Molly, Los Billos Caracas Boys, and Los Melodicos.
DJ Jose Scott moved to the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area in 1994, and POPPED the most rocking and popular clubs in the city. His list of clubs in DC is extensive and includes: Paper Moon, Sesto Senso, Love, Eden, Cafe Citron, Anzu, Ultrabar, Andaluz, Ibiza, Fly, 1223, Spank and El Centro DF. Now he's the resident DJ of The Liberty Tavern in Clarendon VA.
