DJ H.I.T., a true HIP-HOP enthusiast, became a DJ in the summer of ’87 at age 15. Practicing daily, he mastered scratching, blending beats, and mixing on the break. After learning beat matching and rhythm control, he began creating mix tapes and selling them at school to build his record collection. In the winter of ’88, he landed his first set at a backyard flyer party, launching his journey as a mobile DJ for parties, weddings, and special events. Today, DJ H.I.T. shares his passion through Mixcloud, live broadcasts on Blastradio, in-store sets at Discovery Records, and as DJ for local hip-hop group ALL WRLD, opening for acts like GZA, Tha Alkaholiks, and The Pharcyde. Inspired by Jam Master Jay and Grandmaster Flash, he continues sharing mixes from every genre for listeners worldwide. ✌🏽
