I was born in Nashville, TN on May 15, 1981 where I have called home for almost 28 years. I attended Brentwood High School where I graduated in 1999.

During my high school years I was very involved with music (drums in particular) where I participated both at school and on my own time in various bands. At this time I was playing in a group called Imzadi which had good success in the local music scene before disbanding in 2000.

In late 1999 I attended Belmont University where I spent 2 years in the commercial music department before changing my focus to Music Business. At the time I was working and interning with various music companies including Dreamworks and Sony Music Nashville. Ultimately I took an entry-level position in the mailroom at a well-known marketing firm called AristoMedia where my father happens to be President.

After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing I was promoted to the video marketing department at AristoMedia working under Craig Bann prom
