Tenoshi likes to make records. Tenoshi's debut 45 single "25 miles/ Papa Was Rolling Stoned" on Skamla Motown landed in October 2011, and resulted in both tracks receiving mainstream radio plays, from Rob Da Bank on BBC Radio One and from Craig Charles on BBC Radio Six, with more radio support coming from Eddie Piller (Acid Jazz) and Dom Servini (Wah Wah) and Wrongtom (Tru Thoughts). The single itself topped the reggae sales charts in some notable UK specialist stores (Fat City, Phonica, Juno) and finished number one in Juno's 'Best Of 2011 (Dancehall/Ragga)' chart.
Tenoshi likes to 'toot' on records too. He has tooted his trumpet for Roots Manuva and Wrongtom on their acclaimed album 'Duppy Writer' (Big Dada Records) and performed the album with them and Ricky Ranking live on stage. He has also parped his horn on the Joe Strummer tribute album 'Shatter The Hotel' for Wrongtom.
