Daniel Kerr, AKA Sauce, grew up in Flint, MI. He started making electronic music in 1989, when he ended up a keyboard player in a band instead of a guitarist. He and Ching-Hwa Yu, in 1990, created Futureshock, and started releasing hard, acidy Techno in Detroit and Chicago. After the dissolve, Daniel joined Michael Absher and became a member of SSG, a Flint-based, live, improv-electronica project. The band played an hour-long radio show, monthly, for the next 4 1/2 years on Flint-based WFBE 95.1 FM.
In 1994, Metal Box with Michael Ford was founded, and they experimented heavily with IDM and glitch.
Daniel began playing at raves in 1997, as opposed to previously playing concert-based material. He performed heavily throughout the midwest, and settled in Omaha.
In 2003 Sauce was introduced to the outdoor, desert, psy-trance scene, which totally changed his life and his perception of music.
in 2009, Daniel devoted his life to Jesus Christ. He is currently working on his 74th album.
