I started making radio in the mid-eighties at Radio 100 in Amsterdam; a legendary free radio station. The studio was located in a old vault in a squat. This station is now online, DFM.nu; the first internet radiostation in the Netherlands. On this station I make half of all the Staalplaat radio shows. Staalplaat is a record label that started as a cassette music shop, distributor and tape label in the early eighties in Amsterdam and grew out into an important independent underground label. The Staalplaat shop is now located in Berlin.
Next to this I make a weekly radioshow called Earbitten on Radio Worm in Rotterdam.
Furthermore I produced a monthly radio show on contemporary electronic music called '230 Volt' for the dutch national radio station "de Concertzender" for 14 years. These broadcasts you can also find online; concertzender.nl
