Pusjka is the DJ project of British interdisciplinary artist, George Chinnery. Now based in Belgium, he’s gradually laying a sonic thread of delicately crafted club sets and nuanced listening exeriences.
Pusjka returns us to primal atmospheres that awaken our bodies; liminal states of bass that hypnotise. Whether through the deep, dark sensuality of dubstep, the shifting percussion of UK techno or the universal force of dub, he is essentially searching for space, bass and authentic rhythm.
Diverse selections are unified by an ear for low end pressure, subtle textures and natural grace. His passion lies in the hybrid spaces between genres, where the experimental spirit finds an elegant balance with intoxicating dance floor energy.
