The Prog Rock Hour, formerly Prog Rock Nation is a Progressive Rock radio show on KTAL-LP, Las Cruces, NM, hosted by Julie Sanchez. From the 60s to today, music from all over the World from major label artists to independent artists recording in their home studios or virtual studios, TPRH ncludes all genres of Prog and near Prog.

Julie Sanchez was a DJ/Programmer on KUNM in Albuquerque from 1984-1988. In 2016, Julie started the all independent Progressive Rock podcast, "Progkast", hosted on Soundcloud and available on most podcast download sites (including Mixcloud, apple podcasts, googleplay, playerfm, etc). Prog Rock Nation first aired on KTAL-LP, 101.5 FM in Las Cruces, New Mexico in August 2017. Progkast, the all independent Progressive Rock podcast started airing monthly on KTAL-LP in March 2026.
