Steven Traue was born in 1983 in Berlin (Germany) and started his DJ career
as »JayKosy« in the year 2000.
For the first years he played in lots of famous clubs in Berlin – like Tresor,
Watergate, Maria am Ostbahnhof, to name a few – and many places all around Germany.
Similarly, like until the present time, he’s an inquiring vinyl-junkie – ever searching for new releases and mixes from artists all over the world.
By the permanent work on his private decks at home he’s looking forward always to build up his skills as a DJ.
In 2006 he started his first music project with his partner Toxy called »Twisted Metaforce«.
They are producing Breakbeat music and released their first record »Mindfunk« on Dirty Funk Records in 2010.
Live-gigs on several parties already caught the audience’s advertence.
In 2007 JayKosy independently launched his own party event called »Wicked Tunes« in Berlin.
