Well then...I almost forgot that I started this journal WAY back in the day. ;)

My first idea was to launch a community alongside it so that I could obsess with others, but that failed miserably. Sooo....now I think I might use this to post fics and things along those lines.

Yes, I think I might.

Oh, and maybe post my icons here too. I was doing a little of that before - but now I've gone through and locked up most of the previous posts for this journal.

If any of you are HP fans, I bet you would love this RPG I just joined. The people are really laid back about everything and it's gonna be tons of fun - it's just getting started really. You just do simple journal entries and then chat with the other folks (in character of course).

Check it out and see if there is anyone you would like to play. We desperately need a George, but other characters would be excellent (even original ones!)

As for me, I'm desperately trying to think of something fun we could do with our obsessions here. I'd love for people to randomly post thoughts or pictures or whatever else you are inspired to post...but hmmm. Maybe I'll think of a game or activity soon. :)

So, I decided to send off a little application for an RPG - my first try. :) Of course, even if they don't like me for the part, I'll still probably try for maybe a smaller role. Seems like a nice bunch so it should be fun.

Other than that, I don't post much here because I'm still trying to get people to join and be active in my ms_obsessive community. The people that have joined up so far are really great, I just think we need more people to make it feel more comfortable. Maybe others will start posting soon enough. If there were enough fans of a particular obsession within the group, I'd love to start some games or something along those lines, but it seems that people are pretty much spread out so far. We'll see. :)

I would desperately love to try doing a Harry Potter RPG, but I'm terrified about actually trying out for one or getting started. I think I would be good at it, but I'm so afraid that I'll start and realize that I suck or will not enjoy it and want to quit. And besides, the hardest part for me would be deciding which character I would want to play. I'm not creative enough to make one up for myself (at least I'd rather not try it), but all of the characters that I think I know well enough to play are usually already taken. (Seriously, what are the odds of finding an RPG that actually needs a Hermione or someone like that...)

Hmmm...maybe I should just suck it up and try. I have my eye on a few of them and will be debating on whether I'm gonna put myself out there. For now, I'll just continue to obsess about it and be all wussy-like.
